Important Information
PHYSICAL EXAM INFORMATION
For athletes to be eligible to practice and play in games, they must complete the following steps:
- Turn in an IHSAA valid physical exam form signed by the doctor to the athletic office. The physical exam must be dated 4/1/26 or later to be valid for the 2026-27 school year. Please verify the doctor has signed, dated and checked the box “cleared for all sports…” or the physical is not valid.
- Complete all online forms in Final Forms for the 2026-27 school year. Parent and student must fill out/sign all forms in Final Forms. Go to https://rossville-in.finalforms.com and go to the parent link, create an account/sign in, and fill out and sign the forms for the 2026-27 school year. The online forms for the 2026-27 school year will be available for parents and students to sign beginning on May 1, 2026.
It is highly recommended that all parents and athletes turn in the physical exam form signed by the doctor and complete the Final Forms online paperwork at the very beginning of the 2026-27 school year to ensure your child does not miss any practices, workouts or games.
If they had a physical on file for the 25-26 school year, it expired on 6/29/2026

The link below will provide direct access to digital tickets for ALL home events, as well as any away event in which the opponent is an Eventlink provider. As with any digital ticket, there will be a convenience fee attached to the purchase, which is generally less than $1 per ticket.
